Then an early-stage smartwatch startup, building a fitness app that outperformed Samsung Gear 2 on distance accuracy during activities without GPS. After that, 7 years at TiVo/Xperi solving problems across IPTV and connected devices, multi-turn contextual voice search pre-LLMs, custom UI elements, and eventually radio broadcaster apps earning positive feedback from the Australian Broadcasting Corporation for my work on the ABC Listen app.
Most recently: Lumi, an AI style assistant for Indian wardrobes, built nearly solo. Daily outfit ideas across work, weekend, and occasion wear. Personal colour analysis, wardrobe digitisation, shoppable looks from Indian brands. The whole stack — architecture, agentic recommendation engine, scraping pipeline, vector DB, face parsing, mobile apps.
